*When you apply for membership it is important to select a chapter with which you will be affiliated. You should make this selection based on your place of residence. Those of you who live in Western New York should select the Western Chapter. Doing so will include you in our affiliate and also return a portion of your membership fee to be used to fund the chapter's expenses in conducting local and regional equine education activities. The application you download from this page already has the Western Chapter selected for you. If you obtain an application from another source be sure to circle or mark Western Chapter before sending it in.
